UncleCode 67f65f958b refactor(build): simplify setup.py configuration ...

- Remove dependency management from setup.py
- Remove entry points configuration (moved to pyproject.toml)
- Keep minimal setup.py for backwards compatibility
- Clean up package metadata structure
